A parent / guardian signature and a student signature are required to participate in PG (or just a student signature if they are 18+). With your signatures, you agree to the following:

 

• Student's attendance will not be monitored during this event. While we encourage students to come at the beginning and stay the duration, students may leave prior to the end of the event, but there will be no re-entry into the event once they have exited. PG organizers will not check students in or out or confirm attendance.
• No refunds will be issued if a student elects not to attend or attends only a portion of the event. 
• Students must be drug and alcohol free from event arrival through the duration. Professional security will be present to deal with violations.
• The only personal belongings allowed into PG are those which fit in the student’s pocket (car keys, driver’s license, cell phone). All other belongings should be left at home or in your vehicle. PG is not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Only current year BVN student graduates may attend the event.
• Students are encouraged to wear their BVN class t-shirt or BVN spirit wear.

 

I have read and understand the conditions of this agreement. I willingly agree to its conditions and release from any and all liability Blue Valley North High School, Blue Valley School District and / or affiliates, Blue Valley North Parent Booster Club, Blue Valley North Project Graduation committee members, Blue Valley Resource Officers and / or individuals who participate in the organization of, or conduct a role of any type in the execution of this Project Graduation event.
